Safety group again calls on Ford to recall Explorers for fume leaks

The non-profit Center for Auto Safety is once again calling on Ford to recall 1.35 million Explorer SUVs between model years 2011 and 2017 because of continued complaints that exhaust fumes are leaking into the passenger compartment. The non-profit made its latest request via a letter sent to Ford CEO Jim Hackett this week.
